I wanted to stop smoking, and contacted Vagn to find out how. One must be prepared that smoking is associated with many habits, and these habits must now be broken and it takes time. But if you are determined to succeed, then acupuncture is a really good help. It has certainly worked for me and I have now been smoke-free for almost 6 weeks and have not had a relapse even once!!
